Bravelle Reimbursement Class Action Lawsuit
Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers of the infertility drug Bravelle, which was recalled when its manufacturer, Ferring Pharmaceuticals determined it was too weak to be effective. Bravelle was prescribed to stimulate egg fertility during in-vitro fertilization treatments. In October 2015, Ferring recalled batches of Bravelle distributed between March 2014 and 2015 when it was determined the drug was subpotent. The investigation seeks to represent all patients who consumed Bravelle nationwide for damages from unsuccessful IVF treatments, which were caused by Bravelle. In addition to failing to cause conception, Bravelle’s subpotentcy has caused side effects such as headaches, hot flashes, nausea, and vaginal bleeding. If you used Bravelle beginning in March 2014, please contact us. |
