Cascade Model R Lacrosse Helmet Class Action
Investigating a class action on behalf of individuals who purchased a Cascade Model R lacrosse helmet. The National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletic Equipment (Nocsae) recently voided certification of the Cascade Model R. Cascade is a brand under Performance Sports Group. Nocsae's executive director said “This is a failure of [Cascade] to do appropriate quality control, and there are some areas where they failed substantially."
