Silverado/GMC Sierra Ball Joint Failure Class Action
Investigating a class action against Chevrolet and GMC for alleged ball joint failures in certain Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra truck models. These models may contain a defect causing the ball joints to move around or completely dislodge from the spindle. This issue may result in uneven tire wear and/or a banging sound coming from the vehicle front-end suspension. If the ball joint were to completely dislodge from the spindle, drivers could lose control of the steering.
