Dodge Ram 1500 Safety Sticker Class Action Investigation
Investigating a class action against Dodge on behalf of individuals who purchased or leased a Dodge Ram truck whose safety stickers contained false and misleading information about the “optional” equipment that the vehicle contained. It is alleged that inaccurate safety stickers were affixed to certain Dodge Ram trucks that included false rear axle ratios. The stickers made it appear that the trucks came with original equipment that included larger rear axle ratios than the standard equipment listed on the stickers.
