DraftKings Insider Betting Class Action
Investigating a class action on behalf of individuals who play on FanDuel or DraftKings. It was recently announced that employees were placing bets on information not available to the public. A DraftKings employee admitted to inadvertently releasing data before the start of the third week of the NFL games. The employee won $350,000 on FanDuel.
