Lenovo Laptops Pre-Loaded with Superfish Class Action
Investigating a class action on behalf of individuals who purchased a Lenovo laptop with Superfish pre-loaded. Lenovo admitted to pre-loading Superfish on some consumer PCs including non-ThinkPad models such as G Series, U Series, Y Series, Z Series, S Series, Flex, Miix, Yoga and E Series. It is alleged that by adding the Superfish adware software Lenovo made these PCs vulnerable to malware and malicious attacks.
