Mitsubishi and Nissan Fuel Economy Class Action
Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of owners and lessees of Mitsubishi and Nissan vehicles. Mitsubishi recently admitted to manipulating test data involving 625,000 vehicles in order to improve fuel-economy claims. Mitsubishi president admitted "The wrongdoing was intentional. It is clear the falsification was done to make the mileage look better.” It is alleged that Mitsubishi manipulated the load placed on the tires in order to make their fuel economy performance appear better.
