Nvidia GTX 970 Graphics Card Class Action
Investigating a class action on behalf of individuals who purchased GTX 970 graphics card manufactured by Nvidia. It is alleged that Nvidia promoted these with misleading specifications. The card was promoted as having 4 GB of GDDR5 VRAM. The card RAM, however, is in fact broken into two segments of 3.5 GB and 500 MB, which may lead to performance issues.
