Portico Decking Mold & Mildew Class Action Investigation
Investigating a class action related to Portico Series Decking products that allegedly contain a design and manufacturing defect which manifests itself as dark spotting across the surface of the deck. It is believed that this dark spotting is extensive mold, mildew and fungal growth. Allegedly, attempts to clean the deck, even the methods recommended by the manufacturer, fail to remove the spots or improve their appearance slightly, just to have the mold and mildew growth return.
