RushCard Class Action
Investigating a class action on behalf of individuals who held a RushCard and were denied access to their account and funds beginning October 12, 2015. RushCard is a prepaid Visa card established to help individuals who lack access to traditional bank cards. As the result of a system update on October 11, 2015 thousands of RushCard holders were denied access of their funds for days.
