Sunoco Gift Card Same as Cash Class Action
Investigating a class action on behalf of individuals who used the Sunoco gas gift card program. It is alleged that Sunco promised customers they could use the gift cards just as cash when purchasing gas, but failed to disclose they would be charged the higher credit/debit card price.
