Investigating a class action on behalf of property owners who have used TimberSIL wood. TimberSIL is a wood composite fortified with glass that was used in New Orleans reconstruction projects after Hurricane Katrina. The material was marketed as being especially friendly to the environment as it omits chemicals that might otherwise slow the rate of decay.
