Investigating a class action against Uber on behalf current and former Uber drivers. Uber recently announced that its database was hacked and “ [a] small percentage of current and former Uber driver partner names and driver’s license numbers were contained in the database.” Uber belives the breach impacts approximately 50,000 drivers.
