UCLA Health System Data Breach Class Action
Investigating a class action on behalf of individuals who personal information was exposed in a data breach at UCLA Health Systems. It was recently reported that as many as 4.5 million patients information was exposed when hackers gained access to names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, Medicare and health plan identification numbers as well as some medical information like patient diagnoses and procedures.
